Collapsion Privacy Policy Effective date: 2026-10-15 This privacy policy applies to Collapsion: Demolition Sandbox (com.kuzheren.Collapsion) for Android and iOS (the "Application"). The Application is developed by kuzheren (the "Service Provider", "we"). It is an ad-supported service provided "AS IS". Summary - Most of the game works without an account. An account is needed only to upload, rate and report community maps. - For accounts we store a nickname, a password hash or a Google Play Games ID, and the maps, ratings and reports you submit. - Ads are shown through Appodeal. Gameplay analytics are collected through GameAnalytics. - You can delete your account in the game or at https://kuzheren.xyz/collapsion/deleteaccount - There are no in-app purchases. Accounts and Information We Store Creating an account is optional. You can sign in in one of two ways: - with a nickname and a password; - with Google Play Games (Android only). For each account, our servers store: - your nickname, which is shown publicly next to maps you publish; - a hash of your password (we never store the password itself), or your Google Play Games player ID if you sign in with Google Play Games; - maps you upload, ratings you give, and reports you submit. Our game servers do not log IP addresses. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, photos, or payment information. When you import a map file, you choose the file yourself through the system file picker. The Application only reads the file you select. Community Maps and Moderation Maps you upload are reviewed before they become public. Once approved, they are visible to all players together with your nickname. The developer and volunteer moderators review uploaded maps and player reports manually. Moderators can see the content of a map and the report, and the nickname of the player involved. We may remove maps or restrict accounts that break the rules of the community. Do not include personal information in map names or map content. Advertising and Analytics The Application uses Appodeal to show advertisements. Appodeal and its advertising partners may automatically process: - your IP address; - device identifiers: the Advertising ID (GAID) on Android, IDFA and IDFV on iOS; - device model, operating system, language, app version, network provider and connection information; - ad interactions such as impressions and clicks; - technical and performance data used for advertising, analytics, security and fraud prevention. Approximate location may be inferred from the IP address. The Application does not request precise GPS location. The Application uses GameAnalytics to understand how the game is played: sessions, progress, in-game events, device and app information, and crash and performance data. On iOS, GameAnalytics may use the IDFV. Consent and Tracking Where required by law, for example in the EEA, the UK and some US states, the Application shows a consent form before personalised advertising. On iOS, the Application asks for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before tracking you across apps and websites owned by other companies. You can deny this request, and change your choice later in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. On Android, you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device's Google settings. Ads are still shown if you refuse tracking, but they are less personalised. Advertising partners may treat ad-related data sharing as "sharing" under California law. You can opt out through the consent form or your device's tracking settings. Why We Process Data - Account and community maps: to provide the features you ask for (performance of a contract). - Moderation, security and abuse prevention: our legitimate interest in keeping the community safe. - Analytics: our legitimate interest in improving the game. - Personalised ads and tracking: your consent, where the law requires it. International Transfers Our servers and our third-party providers may be located outside your country, including outside the EEA. Where the law requires it, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Data Retention and Account Deletion Account data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time in the game or at https://kuzheren.xyz/collapsion/deleteaccount When you delete your account, we delete your nickname, password hash or Google Play Games ID, and your ratings. Maps you published are anonymised and hidden from other players and are no longer linked to you. Appodeal, its partners, GameAnalytics, Unity, Google and Apple keep data according to their own policies. Your Rights Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. California residents may also opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and will not be discriminated against for using these rights. To use any of these rights, email us at the address below. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Children The Application is not directed to children under 13, or a higher age where local law requires it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it. Changes We may update this policy. Changes are published on this page with a new effective date.
